If a student of AME fails in the last semester to get less marks in the last semester, will he be able to get a DGCA approved license?

DGCA approval or DGCA license is obtained after appearing for the concerned examination of the DGCA. The eligibility for appearing in this DGCA exam is graduation in AME. If you say you have failed in AME, then obviously you are not eligible to even appear for license exam of DGCA. So, obtaining license is further away. First, you will have to pass your AME and then appear for DGCA licensing examination to get a license. Best wishes to you.
