If the student maintains enough percentage required for international program and registers with international department of Chandigarh University, they will help him as per the concern.

If your 'help' query is regarding the advantage of the Chandigarh University degree in getting good college or university abroad for Master Degree in Media and Journalism, this question can be answered.
Note that as CU is a private university and has come to the forefront in the recent years only the degree from a UGC recognised university is all valid for you to apply.
The limitation shall come when the target university analyses the skills and exposure you shall be having.
