If a study MBBS abroad and pass the MCI exam then is it necessary to write the name of the country in which I studied? As a tag?

The MCI would require that you are registered with it so that it can certify that you meet its requirements and standards to practice in India. I do not think it is necessary to attach the foreign education but it would certainly help in marketing. You should but check the express guidelines by MCI
