If a university is recognized by UGC, is it compulsory for it to be approved by AICTE as well for engineering?

AICTE approval gives authentication to your degree. in simple words, if the college ceases to exist after years, your degree would still be valid, and with equal importance. Non-AICTE approved colleges come with the authentication risk and lower probability of employment
