If after 12th if somebody has taken admission in college and if he wants to take admission in another college, what reason he should give?

After 12th my friend has taken one year drop.Unfortunately he did not get into good college and is not happy because CBSE quota is less than 5% in Gujarat.After one and half year he now wants to change his previous eng college and get into BBA.Now after 3 yrs what should he give reson if required?

Dear Ravi, there is no problem if he wants admission in same course in another college. If there is a gap simply he has to submit a gap certificate.
