If an architecture student couldn't find the last two semesters, can he complete it after a gap of 20 years?

Hi,
Yes, he can always complete the course after a break, only rule being he/ she has to seek approval from council of architecture and produce the last semester certificate by the candidate and seek a re-registration to course from 4th year onwards.
