If any deemed to be university is UGC Approved then is its all the degrees valid throughout the world and for taking further higher degree?
I'm going to pursue MS from BITS Pilani under WASE prog.But through irrelevant source,I came to know that it is not AICTE approved but UGC approved so many universities don't admit students for higher education as PhD and also MS degree from BITS is not valid for countries other than India.Plz help

There is no such guarantee, I feel.Some ENGINEERING degrees have got recognition much recently in the USA. That is why there are GRE and TOEFL and other kinds of student assessment.
