If any one has applied in first round of Madhya Pradesh DTE counselling, can he also apply for second round counselling?

Hi,
You can for sure apply in second round for DTE counselling only, if you have not already took a seat in first round of counselling.

Yes, you can apply for second counselling, if you have not taken admission in any programing section.
