If any student change its course like B.Tech after one year of B.A. Then which type of action will be taken by social welfare officers?

There are no such issues related with the changing in courses stream. Changing in course stream is not punishable and students can change the streams as per their requirements. So you can change your stream from B.A. To B.Tech.
