If anyone of you is a engg. graduate with work exp in Corporate,Pls tell me what made you to choose IIFM? How good is it for a Mktg/BD guy?

Hi Vishnu! Your question is very generic. Actually, curriculum of IIFM contains both general MBA subjects and subjects related to forest management. You must have seen in IIFM website that, IIFM provides with three management branches related to environment, development and sustainable livelihood. By pursuing PGDFM in IIFM , one not only has an opportunity to work in banking sectors, but also has an option to work in a different field related to environment, development and sustainable livelihood. These fields have a very broad scope in upcoming future. Being an engineer, it would also help you to apply your technical knowledge in these fields. There is no rat race in these fields like corporate has. Pursuing PGDFM in IIFM gives a scope to interested students to do something for the society ant the world. So, I believe , IIFM provides its students with a wide opportunity and enlightens students in fields having huge scope.
