If B.Ed with B.Tech is approved by NCTE, do I need to get approval from state education board if I want to be a teacher?

No, you need not any approval, if you complete your B.Ed, B.Ed courses are already approved by the government, so no need of such approval. You can start your career in teaching if you have done B.Ed after completing your B.Tech. Best of luck.
