If BCA college is government college, can we work in MNC companies.

For a job at top MNCs you need to have good programming and problem solving skills if we're talking about a job after a under graduation degree like BCA. And YES you can definitely land a job at top MNCs after BCA but you'll have to go off campus for that because top MNCs do not visit colleges to take BCA grads.
