If college of DU has closed their admission in 2nd cutoff Is there any chance that they will open it again in further cutoffs?

It can be possible that college close their cutoff for next rounds as they got their required candidates but it is not necessary that in next round it will be same. Some students may get their seat upgraded or some may leave their seats due to some reasons and seats become vacant then again the cuto

Firstly, they don't close it on 2nd cutoff. Secondly some students drop their admissions then those seat remain open in next round.

Okk Actually shahed Bhagat Singh college has closed its admission for Geo hons in 2nd cutoff with 93% in 1st cut my best five is 92.25 so,there is any chance that I will get it in further cutoffs?
