Hi Anisa,
As regular will preferred more as compared to correspondence.
As many of the reputed firms offers more opportunities for student having a regular degree. It is advisable that you should opt for regular course rather than online or distance.
I have mentioned the name of some good universities offering M.Tech in the previous question.
