If i am already taking an english exam in class 12 board exams do I still have to give TOEFL and IELTS to study in singapore?

Hi, Please remember as the medium of education in universities in Singapore is english, so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency. Feel free to raise more questions. Appreciate
