If I am doing B.Ed. Can I do D.El.Ed or should I wait for D.El.Ed as I will complete my B.Ed in 2019?

At a time you cannot pursue two courses under same or different universities, according to the rules of UGC. So you have to wait for completion of your B.Ed.
