If I am given the option to choose between Chemical engineering, Civil Engineering and Food technology, which is the best option?

If you wants to work in Government organisation like UPSC CPWD, Irrigation, PWD, Railways, Banks and Government PSUs etc. Than Civil and Chemical engineering branches are the best options. While for private sectors Food Technology and Chemical are the best.
