If I am not getting B. TECH CSE in my willing college. Can B. TECH IT is good opt?

yes it is almost same like CSE but CSE is a higher version of IT

Praveen, The main focus of B.Tech in Information technology is on computers and technology. It differs from Computer Science engineering in the aspect that in this the student is expected to learn management and information theory. It includes a detailed study of programming and of the software computer. During the course of B.Tech in Information Technology the student studies the methods to program electronic equipment such that it works according to the instruction given. After completing B.Tech in Information Technology the student learns to develop software which is the basic requirement of various software firms. And if it is that you want some other branch that you are not getting in the college where you are getting admission then try for admission in some good private university where that branch is available. These days we have so many good private universities also imparting quality education to the students around the world. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.

yes B.Tech IT have tremendous scopes now a days you can go for it their is not more difference between IT and CSE
