If I am not good in maths, can I still pursue MBA?

MBA is not about mathematics. It includes a lot of theory and industry relationships.
People who are bad in mathematics can also do this course. Good communication and ability to identify the opportunities in the market are more important factors. Having basic knowledge of accounting and statistics will help you pass the course easily and simply.
A lot of students fail to clear the paper of accounts. Accounting is a bit difficult subject in management field as compared to other subjects. MBA syllabus doesn't include Maths.
But, the thing is MBA entrance exams has Maths as its important part.
To get into a B-School, you will have to crack any of the entrance exam and all of them have quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal.
So, I would suggest you to go through the syllabus of CAT and then decide if you can do it or not.
