To simply put the answer, 'No'. You need not prepare separately for both exams. Preparing for CAT will ensure you have prepared 85% for CMAT as well. No, not necessary. You can focus your studies for CAT and if you are able to focus on all aspects of learning then studying separately for CMAT is not required. You need to retain what you study.
