If I am preparing for CAT, do I need to prepare separately for IIFT?

    Hello,
    Most of your task is done for IIFT if you are preparing for CAT. Difficulty level for both the exams is at par. The only difference is the General Knowledge section which can be easily covered by Reading newspapers on a daily basis.
    Ensure to solve mock papers for IIFT to get a look and feel of how the pattern is, what the difficulty level of the exam is.
    Focus on your CAT preparation and IIFT preparation will follow.
    Remember, do not try to put your leg into both the paper as far as preparation is concerned. Just focus on your CAT preparation. Try to complete your syllabus well before time so that you have time to agile yourself to

    Hi,
    Good to hear that you are preparing for CAT, as now the difficulty rating in CAT is more, problem solving accuracy and ability is needed highly. So, I am thinking that you are doing well with ability and accuracy of problem solving, logical reasoning and verbal ability. So, what I am recommending you is, there is no need of too much preparation for IIFT. The difficulty level of IIFT is less than CAT. Do one thing, just go through the concepts neatly that's enough to crack IIFT. Clearly understand the concept and practice more for CAT, it will help you to crack any management exam.
