No, CAT and MAT syllabuses are almost same. MAT is easy. If you are preparing for CAT then no need of separate work for MAT. The syllabus is almost the same. Preparation for CAT will take care for maximum MBA exams, so there is no need to prepare for MAT separately.

No, you don't have any exam preparation with CAT because when you are preparing CAT then you have already prepared MAT exam but you should also solve mock test related to MAT but you should practice equally all subjects Aptitude, math, general knowledge, or most important English, CAT or MAT English

No need CAT is main root of all management entrance exams. So, separate preparation is not necessary.

To simply put the answer in 'no'. You need not prepare separately for both exams. Preparing for CAT will ensure you have prepared 85% for MAT as well. No, you don't need to prepare separately for MAT. Both have almost same syllabus, so no need for any separate planning or any other couching for MAT if you are preparing for CAT.

No, because CAT is the national level exam, which is quite difficult in comparison to MAT. So, if you are preparing for CAT you will automatically get prepared for MAT. Only difference is that in MAT would be a GK Section for which you have to prepare separately.

Not necessary. CAT and MAT Syllabus are same. You just need to have more command on accuracy. There are some colleges that take admission through both CAT and MAT exams.

You don't need to prepare separately, but you do need to get a sense of familiarity for the MAT pattern. So, you can prepare the syllabus of CAT and need not worry about the preparation for MAT. But then you need to take mock exams for MAT so that you understand how to modify your approach to attain
