No, CAT and MAT syllabuses are almost same. MAT is easy. If you are preparing for CAT then no need of separate work for MAT. The syllabus is almost the same. No, you don't have any exam preparation with CAT because when you are preparing CAT then you have already prepared MAT exam but you should also solve mock test related to MAT but you should practice equally all subjects Aptitude, math, general knowledge, or most important English, CAT or MAT English

No, you don't need to prepare separately for MAT. Both have almost same syllabus, so no need for any separate planning or any other couching for MAT if you are preparing for CAT.

No, because CAT is the national level exam, which is quite difficult in comparison to MAT. So, if you are preparing for CAT you will automatically get prepared for MAT. Only difference is that in MAT would be a GK Section for which you have to prepare separately.

Not necessary. CAT and MAT Syllabus are same. You just need to have more command on accuracy. There are some colleges that take admission through both CAT and MAT exams.
