Not necessary, as same syllabus are for both the exams. Just follow your speed in TISSNET more. Also, focus on general awareness for TISSNET, as it is scoring one.

The preparation part for TISSNET is very much similar to CAT. As I say this, CAT can be assumed as a super set of TISSNET as far as preparation is concerned. Now, to simply put the answer is 'No'.
