SRMJEEE is an entrance test conducted by SRM University Chennai to admit its students while JEE is national level engineering entrance examination. Many prestigious engineering colleges including IITs nits IIITs accept JEE score.
You don't need to prepare separately for SRMJEEE if you are preparing for JEE exam. Fact is that you can crack even if you have studied for boards properly. SRMJEE is not that hard nut to crack. It's quite easy as compared to JEE. Questions asked in JEE required high order thinking skills while SRMJEEE asks basic questions.
Just focus on your main target that is JEE. You will automatically cover the syllabus of

JEE Mains exam is considered as the toughest exam in the engineering field and the syllabus of JEE Mains is designed in such a way that all the portions of class 11th and 12th fall under its syllabus. So, just preparing for JEE Mains is enough to prepare for SRMJEEE but there is one thing, only 2 lakh students qualify for JEE Advanced exam and every year 11 lakh students appear for the exam so, what these 9 lakh students do? A little bit of preparation and overview about the syllabus and questions is quite enough to crack the exam easily.
One thing, just see the syllabus of SRMJEEE and then check if any topic is missing or not and after

    Hello,
This is the dilemma being faced by all those who are preparing to join engineering stream unlike medical stream wherein one need to study for only NEET.But then one has to do what is 'par for the course' i.e. appear for different CET's. Ok. When one looks into details of the different exams things then do not appear to be bleak as they looked initially. This is so since, syllabi for all these CET's would be same meaning same as that of 11th and or 12th.That brings to the second issue, if it is so then is it enough to study and prepare for only one exam JEE Mains? The answer is no. This is so since there are nuances in exams even

Having cracked SRMJEE, I find myself the right person to tell you that among all the major engineering entrance examination happening all round the country, I find SRMJEE to be the easiest as in the difficulty of the paper.
The course and curriculum defined for joint entrance examination covers almost everything that the SRMJEE covers, only more and no less, and if you are already prepared to crack JEE examination then be assured but you are going to secure a good rank in SRM JEE.
SRM JEE is totally based on the physics Chemistry Maths applied in class 11th and 12th while JEE examination has more advanced concepts that are not even in

SRMJEE is the exam conducted by the SRM University and if you are preparing for the JEE exam than it is more than enough for you and you don't have to prepare from somewhere else.
There are total of 360 marks and of 120 questions in total which has 4 sections and they are as follows:
    Mathematics
    Chemistry
    Physics
    English and logical reasoning
In mathematics, mainly focus on your basics using NCERT and mainly focus on speed and accuracy. There will only be questions.
In physics, prepare using HC Verma volume 1 and 2.
    Study through the NCERT books.
In Chemistry, prepare using NCERT books and that will be more than enough.
    For English, prepare usin

The answer in general is yes and no. If you have studied for JEE rigorously and have clarity of concepts then you don't have to study anything separately, but surely, you need to prepare for SRMJEEE as the pattern is different and the time constraint is more of a concern here. Mainly revise everything which you have studied till now. Generally, memorize all the formulas for general cases as the exam has a lot of time constraint. Check the syllabus once and make sure you didn't leave any important topic then mainly focus on solving practice tests. There are many books available in the market providing mock tests on SRMJEEE, but be a bit

No, you just need to concentrate on small topics too because students miss out some important topics while preparing for JEE exam.
