You cannot enroll in both an AIIMS Paramedical course and an MBBS course at the same time. The rules set by NMC and AIIMS do not allow students to be part of two full-time courses simultaneously. If you pass the NEET and get an MBBS seat, you must leave the paramedical course before you start MBBS classes. To do this, you should contact the AIIMS Academic Office and go through the withdrawal procedure for the paramedical course.

No, you cannot continue both the AIIMS Paramedical course and the MBBS course simultaneously after qualifying for NEET and securing an MBBS seat. You will need to choose one programme to pursue, as the MBBS course requires full-time commitment. Once you have been selected for MBBS you can not continue any other courses.
