If I appear for NATA on 7th July, can I get admitted to any architecture college in the academic session 19-20 or 20-21?

    Yes, if you appear in NATA second round 2019 exams on 7th July 2019, you will be eligible for admission into an architecture course for the academic session of 2019-20.
