If I apply under the fee waiver scheme & there is no seat allocated to me in under FW. So, from AIR & OBC-NCL which rank will be considered?

Hello,
It depends through which rank you are taking part in counselling. If you have submitted your OBC rank then you will get colleges based on this rank otherwise AIR general rank.
