Hi Sejal, You will surely get admission after attempting MAH-CET (provided you are satisfying other criteria such as 12th percentage, etc.). But to get into your desired college, you will have to score above the cut-off of these colleges.

You can definitely get admission through MAH-CET scores. However, you need to score as per the required cut-off.
