If I become Pilot in USA with F1 visa, can I work and convert my visa to H1 after studies? If yes, then what are the scopes? Pros and cons?

Hi Meet,
You can apply for the H1 visa but only after you get the license. So, after completing the training and passing necessary exams your employer must issue the h1 visa which is now-a-days challenging.
