BBA is professional course, it relates theory with practical knowledge most of the subject are theoretical in nature, so logically you don't need to work hard in this. No, it doesn't matter. You have to face only little bit problem. I'll give you an example: Some people who did B.Tech are doing MBA for better salary package.

You can go for BBA, it might be with some level of difficulty for you as you are from Science background, but you can go ahead.
