If I choose mass communication, will I get better placements? Which option will be better among mass communication and banking?
I have passed 12th from BSEB and got 59%. I am from a middle class family.

Massa Comm seems better because it will Enhance your skills and awareness. Banking is primarily based on Competitive Exams and you can appear in them.after any graduation. so do that after Massa comm degree.
