If I clear JEE Mains paper but couldn't clear JEE Advanced paper, then which college will I get?

I am from OBC category and I have scored 90 marks in JEE Mains.

    If you clear JEE Mains with good marks, you will get a good college as NIT. For getting a good college your rank should be under 30,000 because only qualifying JEE Mains will not lead you to get good college.
