If i cleared my compartment exam then will it effect my carreer in civil services? i am doing b.tec . i have got 47 percent in 12 from NIOS

Currently i am doing b.tec from PTU, i am in second year and my dream is to become an IAS officer but due to some problems i had compartment in 12th in 2 subjects ,then i cleared me compartment exam , now i am thinking to start my preparation for civil services ,
