If I complete 12 from NIOS first and CBSE second, can I use the CBSE as passing board for writing JEE.

    Yes, of course you can use CBSE board, if you are writing board papers of CBSE. Don't get confused in this. Just produce your certificate at the time of admission. Best of luck.
