If i complete degree from iiche then can i apply for government jobs as graduate person?

Like, im diploma holder and u wnt to do degree from iiche after getting degree from that can i apply gov jobs in mah field for post degree engineering trainee(DET).it is valid or fulfil criteria for gov jobs.
