If I complete M.Sc in cosmetology, will I get 'Dr.' in front of my name?

I want to become a cosmetologist to get it in front of my name, what should I do? I am not an MBBS student.

No. Since doing M.Sc has no relevance with any Doctorate degree, you cannot be addressed as "Doctor". In India, only a person who has completed any doctoral academic, is given the Salutation of a "Doctor" when awarded with a PhD.
