if i complete M.Sc(IT) and M.Sc(Telecom) via distance education programme, will it hamper my prospects of getting into UK,canada,usa for MS

Well it depends on the University, but if you are eligible, you need to get through GRE,TOEFL,IELTS for foreign education. But if you degree is regular, you can try for MS after you crack English proficiency/GRE tests. I hope these qualifications have been issued by Sikkim Manipal University. Am I r
