If I complete my 1st year of graduation from IGNOU, is it possible to get admission in KUK in the 2nd year (regular mode)?
I have completed my class 12th from BSEH, Bhiwani, Haryana in 2016. After that, I took admission in B.Tech and result was not good. So, I dropped out of the college.

No, you cannot continue with seconf year. You must have to take the fresh admission. But in case you have dropped from 1st year of IGNOU itself, in that case you can continue with second No two Bachelor or master's degrees cannot be done simultaneously at the Same time.
