if i completed correspondenc enginering diploma after can i apply government job or B.Tec enginering degree any AICTE approved instituted?

where i do diploma of enginering(ISO-9001:2008 & 14001:2004 Certified B-School with International Accreditation from DAC, KVQA, National Registrar Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and Affiliated by AODE (Academy of Distance Education) registered with NCT, govt. of Delhi under the Society Act
