If i completed my B.Tec in Mechinal in Distense education certificat but AITCE approved then i am a same enginer like IIt pas enginer?

Distance education engineering courses are neither approved by MHRD nor approved by DEC or the joint academic council. In case you wish to pursue distance mode, AMIE,AMIME etc would be a better option
