If I didn't get good Mark's in January JEE. But if I get good Mark's in April session. So am I eligible for JEE advance.
12th passed 74.4 percentage. In 2019.

You have to score equal to or more than the cutoff in either phase whether in january or in april to sit for JEE advance exam. Best of two phase is considered and it you score good then chances are there that you sit for JEE advance exam.
