If I didn't get my desired college, shall I go for the 2nd round or book a seat in the previous one? Why are there more than one round?

Hope you are doing well. If you didn't get the desired college then you should go for 2nd round of counselling because after 1st counselling the ranks of college vary and there may be chances that you may get the desired college. In 1st round all the seats are not filled completely. To get
