If I didn't give LPU-NEST & JEE and 12th percentage is 87%. Will I get admission in LPU under management quota in the branch CSE?

Dear Aspirant, First of all, I would like to say that there is no management quota for the CSE programme at LPU. It is totally based on the eligibility criteria. Being alumni of LPU, let me share eligibility with you. You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English, Maths, and Physics. Moreover, you have to either qualify for the LPUNEST exam or you should have a minimum of 85 percentile in JEE mains exam. There are a few points I would like to share with you why CSE is good at LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. in which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. per annum by Microsoft. PEP Classes- LPU provides placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institutions in India. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrad. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc that help students to explore themselves more in their field. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Specializations: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interests such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Science, etc. LPU also offer BTech(Hons.) in CSE programme. Every private university keeps some seats for management quota like VIT, SRM, GITAM University, etc. So, LPU also has some management quota seats but in branch like CSE it's quite difficult I guess but try calling the institute once.

As an LPU alumnus, I'd want to share my eligibility with you. You must have a minimum of 60% in the 12th grade, with English, Math, and Physics as obligatory subjects. Furthermore, you must either qualify for the LPUNEST test or get an 85 percentile in the JEE mains exam. I'd like to share a few reasons why CSE is effective at LPU with you. For CSE students, LPU has a high placement record. Every year, around 500 organizations, both national and global, come to LPU for job placement. Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, and others are a few of the companies where they are located. Microsoft offers a maximum package of 42 lacs per year for CSE. LPU offers placement classes to any students who choose to do so beginning in their first year. These classes assist students in obtaining placements so that they can be chosen in the pre-final year since firms will begin visiting to recruit students in the pre-final year. In their last year, some students participate in internships. LPU has been ranked as India's 10th top Training & Placement Institutions by Knowledge Review.

As an BTech CSE student at LPU, I'd like to share my experience with you. The curriculum is of a high international standard. One has the opportunity to learn from both international and industry specialists. International credits are available in some programmes when students have the chance to study abroad. For B.Tech(CSE) the eligibility includes 60% in 10+2 with (English , Physics & Mathematics ) + LPUNEST. For B.Tech CSE(Hons) 70% in 10+2 with (English , Physics & Mathematics )+ LPUNEST (mandatory) Note - As of now JEE mains is not considered for eligibility for the 2022 session. If we discuss the stats of placement for this course The maximum salary offered was 40 LPA and average salary was 5.7lpa. Recently, an LPU student Tanya Arora got placed in Microsoft with 42 LPA this year. Google, Pega, VMWARE, AUTOMATION ANYWHERE, INFORMATICA, and the COMPUTING TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (CompTIA) are all partners in LPU's CSE department. The university provides state-of-the-art labs with the most up-to-date software to give students real experience.

Dear student, LPU has no management quota. If you haven't given JEE exam, you will have to give LPUNEST exam as the eligibility for B.Tech CSE is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST-2017 or JEE (Mains). Or In case marks scored in 10+2 are 90% or above, then LPUNEST-2017 or JEE (Mains) will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.
