If i do 10th & 12th again can i attempt these exams again

i am SC category candidate passed 12th in 2011, , DOB 15/08/1993 failed in AIEEE (JEE-MAIN)& IIT. Now i can't attempt these exams again. If i do 10th & 12th again can i attempt these exams again without any problem.
