Hello Davinder, UGC has banned B.Tech degrees through distance education mode. So, it won't be possible for you to apply for Masters in Electrical Engineering anywhere in the world. I assume you haven't started your B.Tech yet, so I suggest you to go for a regular B.Tech degree. This will also gi
