If I do B.Tech in electrical engineering from any open university in India, can I apply for Masters in electrical engineering in Canada?

    Hello Davinder,
    UGC has banned B.Tech degrees through distance education mode. So, it won't be possible for you to apply for Masters in Electrical Engineering anywhere in the world. I assume you haven't started your B.Tech yet, so I suggest you to go for a regular B.Tech degree.
    This will also give you sufficient information on the core subjects which will be useful in your MS application process.
