If I do bsc statistics then do I have a chance for merchant navy Carrer and I do MBA then does it really effect my feild

Hi,
To join Merchant Navy, you require plus two (PCM) with 1 year pre-sea training as a deck cadet.
If you pursue B.Sc.(Nautical Science) in the officer cadre, it will lead you to become captain after 5-7 years of experience.
You can also join it directly after B.Tech in marine engineering, me
