If i do ca and bcom (or bcom hons) together how many years will it consume?

I have given my 12th class exams in march 2014.now i want to know that if i do ca and bcom(bcom hons.)together then how many years will it take for me to study.also suggest me the procedure so how i adjust both courses to minimise the wastage of years// plz repply fast. thanx in advance
