After completing Msc in Microbiology you are eligible to explore your career in clinical research with Hospital Sites as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Clinical Trial Assitant (CTA) with Sponsor Co.s (Pharma, Biotech, CROs etc.). . But I would recommend you to pursue a short term training
