if I do degree of computer engineer after 12sci than it has more value than if I do degree after diploma in computer engineering?

you have not specified your qualification, whether 10/12 th pass! generally Dip/Degree combination is good because your fundamentals become stronger. For eligibility(% Requirement) check AICTE site, or sites of director of technical Education site of your state!
