    Hi,
Depending on the field of your work, the courses, training and certifications required may vary.
Most departments and agencies prefer candidates who have taken some vocational training or who have at least some previous work experience.
You can go for Bank PO exams, a path to public sector banks for Clerical Cadre positions or you can sit for Civil Services such as I.A.S or I.P.S.
You can also apply for jobs in government departments such as railways, defense sector, income tax etc.

if you do a diploma in computer application from a private institute, I am afraid to say that most of govt institutes ask for a regular degree approved by AICTE. However this depends on the position they hire you for.In govt sectors you may apply for SSC, Defense Sector. All the best
